Pete and I go way back(before I dated Tom). On a Saturday evening in Kronks on York Avenue and 87th Street my friend Jere and I were having a Cherry coke and who should walk in and join us but Pete. We were thrilled to have "Tommy Fox's" brother sitting with us. Were were only teenagers and he was one of the "older" guys. He said he was 21 but I think he was only 20. Sometime later he told Tom " I think you should ask Rose out. She seems like a nice girl. So glad Tom took his brother's advice. If he hadn't I wouldn't be a part of his and Eileen's family for 50 plus years. I never did thank Pete for that. THANKS PETE! I will miss his sweet way of saying "I love you Rosie". Rest in peace. xxoo

Uncle Pete... Some of my favorite memories happened while visiting my East Coast Family, you included. =) Although not all of my family can make it to honor and celebrate your life, I must mention that C-C & Amnesty have one grand memory of you, that they recall, quite frequently.... They loved spending time with you @ "your pool" but more than that they loved when you took the time to play Spoons, with them! You uplifted those around you and all that know you are truly blessed and honored to know they were your friend! God bless Aunt Eileen and the rest of your family. Love you all!

I am Pete's brother who always fondly called me Jimbo. There are no words to describe the loss I have of Pete, my brother, my friend. He taught me so many things without actually knowing it. Pete was one of a kind, just knowing that he is finally at peace after carrying a heavy cross now he is in heaven. Love you Pete, happy trails, Jim.
