Covello, 71, passed away on Wednesday, August 28, 2013. Fred was born in Teaneck, NJ and was a longtime resident of Rockaway Twp, NJ. Fred was a tractor-trailer driver at UPS for over 40 years, during which he drove over 2 million miles. He was a recipient of the 2012 Circle of Honor award for achieving 40 years of safe driving. Fred enjoyed antique cars, he was a proud gardener, and a true animal lover. He was a quiet, peaceful man who treasured time with his family. Fred is survived by his wife of 40 years Marilyn (Kern) Covello; his children Christopher Covello, Melanie Bennett, Danielle Stark, Kim Gross, Laura Moran, Tina Shaw; and his brother, Peter Covello. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
