Antoinette D. Klose, 95, on Monday January 3, 2011 at Saint Clare’s Hospital, Denville, NJ.
Antoinette was born in Welch, WV, was a resident of Belleville and move to Boonton Township 44 years ago. Antoinette was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School and St. Mary’s College in Columbus, Ohio receiving her Masters in Languages with a teaching degree. During her high school and college days she was on the basketball and tennis teams. She was a teacher at Parsippany High School in the Language Department teaching English, Latin and French, retiring in 1970.
Antoinette was predeceased by her brother Peter DeFuria.
She is survived by her husband Rev. Dr. Albert Paul Klose of Boonton Twp, her son Dennis Klose and his wife Mary Ellen of Kunkletown, PA, her daughters, Lori Ellis of Rockaway Boro, Kathleen Longuil of Naples, FL, also seven grandchildren, and three great granddaughters, her brother Paul DeFuria of West Virginia and her sister Mary Jo Bir of Texas.
Antoinette’s funeral will be conducted from Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ www.normandean.com, (please light a candle in memory of Antoinette on web site), on Saturday Jan. 8th at 8:30am for 9:30am Mass of Christian Burial service at St. Mary’s Church, Denville, NJ, committal and entombment service at Holy Rood Mausoleum, Morristown, NJ. Relatives and friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday Jan.7th from 2-4 and 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the Miraculous Medal Association, 475 East Chelten Ave., Philadelphia, PA.
