John was one of the sweetest kids I ever met. Always a smile on his face and never a negative word to say about anyone. No matter what mood I was in or what was going on, he seemed to know how to make me laugh and I will always remember him for that.. I am so sorry for your loss and he will be greatly missed.

Margie and Jesse,
I was saddened by the news of John's passing. I extend my deepest and heartfelt sympathies.
In the short time that I knew John , I saw how he lived his life with great love and energy. I saw the passion he had for racing, but most importantly the love he had for his family and the circle of many friends.
I am praying that faith will help you both through this very difficult time.

One of the special memories I have of John was when Stan would let them ditch school and they would hike in the woods, Stan, two little blonde boys and a dog named BoBo. We will always remember John's 1000W smile and his zest for life! Thank you for sharing him with us, Marge and Jesse. "He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge."

we know that you were both very proud of him. We will all miss him.

As both me and my son are saddened by the loss of such a wonderful life, a life we shortly knew, we are also thankful we recently spent time with John at the Ryerson's pool. John made my son and his friends laugh and he talked so deeply of the love for his dog, how he took him everywhere even to the races. And although that day John had a bad day racing, he still had that beautiful smile all over his face. John died living his passion and will forever remain in our hearts. We will never ever forget you John. God Bless.....rejoice in John's memories.
