McHale, 59, died Thursday, June 24, 2010, peacefully at his home, after a valiant battle with cancer. Michael was continuously surrounded with love and friendship by family and friends. He was born in Brooklyn, New York to the late Gwendolyn and Frank McHale. Michael grew up in Queens, NY and moved to Denville, New Jersey in late 1987, eventually landing in Boonton Twp. until his death. He is survived by his wife and best friend, Georgette, his son Christian Fox along with his wife Jessica Fox, his son Eriach Fox, his beloved dogs Sable and Diesel, and his grandchildren Christian and Dharma Fox. Michael was loved and respected by many. He grew to become a man of honor and dignity and was a friend to anyone in need. His departure will leave a huge void to all those who knew him and he will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Michael’s funeral will be conducted from Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ www.normandean.com, (please light a candle in memory of Michael on web site), on Monday June 28th at 9am for a 10am Mass of Christian Burial Services at St. Mary’s Church Denville, NJ. Relatives and friends will be received on Sunday June 27th at the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9pm. In lieu of flowers donations are requested to your local animal shelter.
