Obituary of Rose Mary Commarato

Rose Mary Commarato, age 98, of Denville, passed away Friday, February 19, 2010 at Franciscan Oaks Health Care Center in Denville, NJ. Born in Caldwell, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Sebastana Valentino Commarato. She was a resident of Mountain Lakes for 46 years before moving to Denville three years ago. Rose Mary graduated from St. Dominic's Academy and Newark State Teachers College as well as Montclair State College. Rose Mary retired from Camco in Verona, NJ, where she had been an executive secretary.
She is survived by her beloved sister Angela Commarato and brother-in-law James Zichelli, and many dear nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, February 23, at 10:00 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Mountain Lakes. Burial will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 1 Union Street, Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691.
