Maeve V. Mockus, age 54, of Hopatcong, formerly of Denville, passed away Monday, January 18, 2010 at her residence. Born April 26, 1955, in Jersey City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Marilynn (Castrovinci) Muldoon.
She is survived by her husband of 21years, Al Mockus, of Hopatcong; daughter Christine Miller Chamberlain (Richard) of Denville; sisters Marilynn Donahue (John) of Denville and Virginia Galfo (Gregory), Port Saint Lucie, FL; aunt, Virginia Hammett (John) of Stirling, NJ; 3 cousins, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will begin Thursday, January 21, at 9:00 am at Norman Dean Home For Services, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville, for a 10:00 Mass of Christian Burial at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, Mountain Lakes. Private burial in Fairview Cemetery, Hope, NJ. Relatives and Friends may visit Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
