Obituary of Eugene F. Rutzler

Eugene F. Rutzler III passed away on September 7, 2009 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD.
He was 77 years old.
Born Newark, NJ he had lived in the Cedar Lake section of Denville, NJ for 43 years before moving to Newark, MD 3 years ago.
Eugene served in the US Air Force during the Korean War in the early 1950's and then worked for many years as a pipefitter for Local 32 in Newark, NJ before retiring in 1991. He was an avid fisherman and golfer and was a long term member of the Cedar Lake property owners association. He was also heavily involved in the Denville Little League, Union Local 32, and the Boy Scouts of America.
Eugene is predeceased by his wife Mary Ann (McNulty), and his sister Joan Steele.
He is survived by his son Eugene F. Rutzler V and his wife Colleen of Pittsville, MD, his Grandchildren Eugene F. VI, Elyssa & Danielle Rutzler of NJ, and MaryAnne and MadaLynne if MD. His brothers Ronald of Morristown, Walter of Morristown, and William of Brick, NJ also survive him.
A brief prayer service will be held at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ on Saturday September 12, 2009 at 9AM prior to a funeral service that will be held at 10AM at the Gate of Heaven Mausoleum in East Hanover, NJ.
