Edna M. Van Heusen (Nee Cook), 97, passed away on Tuesday August 25, 2009 at the Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah.
Mrs. Van Heusen was born and a longtime resident of Denville, NJ. She was a homemaker. She was an avid bowler and especially a fan of the former Brooklyn Dodgers and the NY Mets.
She was predeceased by her husband Luke Van Heusen and her grandson Stephen Dresch.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Dresch and her husband Edwin of Mesquite, NV, her two granddaughters, Donna Rardain and her husband Jeff and Barbara DelValle and her husband Ray, her three great grandchildren Dana and Jacob Honick, and Brandon DelValle, and her sister Dorothy Elg of Columbus, NJ.
Edna’s Funeral services will be conducted at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ, www.normandean.com, (please light a candle in memory of Edna on web site), on Friday Sept. 4th at 10:00am, entombment services at Restland Memorial Park Mausoleum, East Hanover, NJ. Relatives and friends will be received on Thursday evening 7-9pm.
