Christine Marie D'Alessandro (Smith) passed away at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville, NJ on June 7, 2013, at the age of 64.
Born in Newark, she grew up in Irvington before moving to Mine Hill, NJ in 1999.
Christine worked for many years as a licensed practical nurse and most recently worked at Villa Walsh Academy in Morristown, NJ.
She was predeceased by her father Lt. Joseph Smith and by her mother Viola & her husband Floyd Scheetz and by her sister Cynthia Smith.
Christine is survived by her beloved husband of 28 years Thomas D'Alessandro and her loving children Lisa (Schautz) & Drew Diana, and Erika (Schautz) & Eric Rochelle. She is also survived by her grandchildren Bret & Dylan Diana and her siblings Floyd Scheetz, Leslie Hill and Robert Scheetz as well as many Nieces & Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday June 11, 2013 at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ 07834 from 2-4 & 7-9PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday June 12, at 10AM. Interment will follow at Stanhope Union Cemetery.
