Madlyn M. McKatten (McCormack) passed away at St. Clare's Hospital in Denville on May 11, 2009.
She was 88 years old.
Born in Cleveland, OH, she had lived in Mountain Lakes, NJ for the last 57 years.
Madlyn was a graduate of Bloomfield High Scholl, and worked as a beautician for the last 30 years, her last place of employment was Tally-Ho Nursing Home in Boonton Twp., NJ.
She is predeceased by her husband Peter McKatten and her daughter Karen Nieliwocki.
Madlyn is survived by her children Peter McKatten of Chicago, IL, Patricia Marott of Easton, MD, and Maureen Stenger of Crested Butte, CO. Her 12 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, Sister Audrey Muehlheuser of Pittstown, NJ and her special friend Robert McOwan of West Caldwell, NJ also survive her.
Funeral services will be held at 10AM on Thursday May 14, at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ www.normandean.com.
