Joseph L. Homschek passed away at his home in Hopatcong, NJ on May 13, 2009.
He was 64 years old.
Born in Pittston, PA he had lived in Hopatcong for many years.
Joseph served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War and had worked at L.E. Carpenter in Wharton, NJ and had been a laborer for 40 years before her retired in 2006.
He was an avid collector, collecting cards, records, and die casts, he was also a Nascar enthusiast.
He is predeceased by his parents Harold and Julie (Kobi) Homschek.
Joseph is survived by his sons Alan of Budd Lake, Jeff and his wife Marie Homschek of Hopatcong, his sisters Carol and her husband Roy Knowles of Pittston, PA, Maryjo and her husband Sam Morreale of Pittston, PA, his Niece Amy Morreale , nephews Stephen and Joseph Nyzio, and Sammy Morreale , and 2 Great Nieces & 2 Great Nephews all of PA.
