Obituary of Rosemary C Burke

Rosemary C. Burke, 69, died peacefully on Saturday May 9, 2009 surrounded by her family at Kindred Hospital in Dover, NJ.
She was born and raised in Jersey City, and moved to the Rainbow Lakes section of Parsippany, before moving to the Marcella Section of Rockaway where she has lived for the past 35 years.
Rosemary had been a graphic artist and retired from Reed Elsevier / US in Morris Plains in 2004.
She is predeceased by her parents Leo and Helen Cook and by her brother Leo Cook.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years Kenneth A. and her two daughters Lauren Shay of Marcella, and Cheryl and her husband Frank Babich of Oak Ridge, Jefferson Twp. As well as her three grandsons Kevin Shay, Andrew Babich and Patrick Babich.
She is also survived by her brothers and their spouses Thomas and Carol Cook of Nutley, and Richard and Michelle Cook of Hopatcong, and a sister in-law Sally Cook of Saddle Brook, NJ, and several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday May 13, 2009 at St. Simon the Apostle RC Church 1010 Green Pond Rd. in Green Pond, NJ at 10:00 AM, followed by burial in Marcella Union Cemetery in Marcella, Rockaway Twp.
