I have so many fond memories of times we all spent together...trips to State Park, Sons of Poland picnics/polka; Point Pleasant, and mostly Maple Ave. Then, later on, Boonton Ave. Deli with Aunt Rose & Greg and frequent visits from Uncle Tommy and the family! The services were lovely. You all exude such love. It was wonderful to be part of the celebration of his life! Remember to be patient with and kind to yourselves as you travel the bumpy road of grieving. Feel all your feelings. love, Joanne

Our father's favorite songs - Danny Boy, Toora Loora Loora, When Irish Eyes Are Smiling, Wild Irish Rose and numerous Army songs (that we think he made up).
Once he started singing...he would not stop! Even if his glasses were missing.

Our sympathies to the Jennings Family at this time of loss in Tom's passing. A man I'll allways admire who could make you laugh before he even spoke. We all know that look ! His wit and humor were quite unique.
I'll never forget growing up with the boy's. I remember Tom putting the trash on Kevin's bed one Saturday morning as he slept through garbage collection. Or the times one of the boy's were looking for their clothes Tom had hidden or thrown away when they didn't pick up after themselves. Food was allways free in Tom and Rose's house. The rent was only for room and board, never enough and if you didn't like the menu he'd say, "GO to Shop Rite- Everything's on Sale !
Tom taught us all about life with a style all his own. His love and devotion to his wife Rose was a beautifull testament to the life they shared together. What a great team ! God Bless Tom and Rose Jennings. We'll miss Tom but he'll have them laughing in Heaven.
With saddness,
Jim & Crystal Bevere

I have many great memories of Dad J, but my favorite will always be the first time I met him and how quickly I was welcomed into the family. He was a good man, devoted father, son, brother, uncle, friend, or acquaintance, and gave us all a lot of laughter. I thank you Dad for raising the man I later married. I see so much of you in him. I know you are at peace, and I will always miss you. Love Traci.

Life is but a stopping place,
A pause in what's to be,
A resting place along the road,
to sweet eternity.
We all have different journeys,
Different paths along the way,
We all were meant to learn some things,
but never meant to stay...
Our destination is a place,
Far greater than we know.
For some the journey's quicker,
For some the journey's slow.
And when the journey finally ends,
We'll claim a great reward,
And find an everlasting peace,
Together with the lord...

An Irish Prayer for Pop,
God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "come to me". With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
Love and Miss You,
Michele
