Mrs. Plunkett...I was very saddened to hear of Tom's passing. He was such a good friend to me and my family. I will always remember his great sense of humor and his spirit. He could always make me smile. He was always my friend, and even kept in touch with my husband and I when we moved to WA...that is the sign of a true friend. We will miss him terribly, but know that we will always keep him in our hearts. He is with God now and his suffering is over. God Bless you and your family.

We are all indelibly shaped by our childhoods, and as Tom's only "older" cousin by all of 17 months, I have lifelong memories of our times together as kids - the best being at the Jersey Shore. While Tom is gone from our physical world now, those wonderful memories haven't evaporated with his departure - they will live on as fresh and as sweet as if it was only yesterday that we were playing in the dunes, chasing around without a care in the world, our whole lives ahead of us.
