Mrs. Josephine A. Falconer, 92, of Lake Wales, Florida died Monday, January 26, 2009, at Savannah Court in Lake Wales.
She was born July 3, 1916 in Orange, New Jersey and moved to Lake Wales five years ago from Lake Telemark, New Jersey. She was a retired legal and administrative secretary of the Morris, New Jersey County Administrator. In Rockaway Township, New Jersey she was active in the Y.W.C.A., a former member of the Lake Telemark Country Club, and member of Saint Cecelia’s Catholic Church. She attended the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit in Lake Wales.
Survivors include her son Arthur Robert Falconer of Lake Wales, daughter Susan Elizabeth Perillo of Chatham Township, New Jersey, four grandchildren, two great grandchildren, sisters, Marie Conery of Horsham, Pennsylvania and Phyllis Otteau of Jamesburg, New Jersey, and her brothers Thomas Ricci of Thousand Oaks, California, Jack Ricci of Essex County, New Jersey, William Ricci of West Orange, New Jersey, and Jerry Ricci of Pennsylvania.
Her husband Arthur Raymond Falconer preceded her in death in 2001.
Josephine’s funeral will be conducted from Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ www.normandean.com, (please light a candle in memory of Josephine on web site), on Thursday February 5th at 9:30am for a 10:30am Mass of Christian Burial at St. Cecelia’s Church Rockaway, NJ. Interment and committal services at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover, NJ.
