Shane - I am so sorry to the hear the news of your folks. My mom just got the news from Betsy. You, your Dad and Mom hold a very special place in my heart and I hold many fond memories of us when we were younger. Our dads had a special kinship that time could not erase. I know they must be in Heaven now catching up and stirring up trouble somehow. You and your family are in my heart and prayers. I am sorry that such a sad occasion would reconnect us. I hope you can find comfort in knowing your folks are at peace and no longer in any pain. Love - Kris

Wendy and I would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy to Chris's entire family. I met Chris in 1959 at our first HPHS freshman football practice. He was a fantastic athlete and even better person. While he excelled at many positions, for 4 years Chris and I stood side by side in the HPHS defensive backfield. Beyond his athletic prowess, I can attest that, even as a teenager, his attitude was always positive and respectful of others. Chris helped make some very special teenage memories for all of us on the football team. There is no doubt that I will continue to remember him fondly as I have for the past nearly 50 years. May God bless him and his entire family. Bob and Wendy Smith

My dear friend, Lynne, has lost a brother and my heart is with her whole family. I have such fond childhood memories of the Anderson household in Florham Park and the handsome older brother with the blonde hair and bright smile. Although many years have passed, the Andersons remain a part of my life and hold a special place in my heart. God bless and keep you, Chris.

My dear brother Chris,
You have brought so much to my life, so many memories. You taught me, guided me, watched over me, fought with me, protected me and loved me. I take comfort in my memories and I celebrate your life.

Chris Anderson, my friend.
The day I stepped into Ridgedale School, you treated me as a friend. You inspired me to go out for sports. On those hot summer days when we were playing baseball, your parents were so gracious as they sat in the bleachers and shouted words of encouragement. I can remember when you and I and our whole soccer team went undefeated. We did so many things. I was proud standing on the stage with you when we received the Three Team Award. I know there's a heaven. When my time comes, I'd like to be on that ball team with you. I promise you, I'll behave.
Your friend,
Vic Brown
