Gloria Smutko, 70, passed on Wednesday December 31, 2008 at Morristown Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Smutko was born in Brooklyn, NY and was a long time resident of Mastic Beach Long Island, NY and the last few years in Parsippany, NJ.
Gloria was a Therapy Aid for many years at Kings Park Hospital in Long Island. She was a member of the Denville Senior Citizens Club.
Gloria was the devoted mother of Kathleen Clark and her husband Daryn of New Jersey and Charles Smutko Jr. and his wife Josephine of Florida, cherished grandmother of Krysten, Charles III, Hailei, and Lindsey, loving sister of Joyce Bellone of Mastic Beach, NY, Mary Mueller of New York, and the late Lorraine Hartmann.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jude R.C. Church, 89 Overlook Drive, Mastic Beach, LI, NY on Saturday January 10th at 10:30AM. In lieu of flowers donations donation's can be made to Parent Project Muscular Distrophy at Parentprojectmd.org.
