Arlene D. Bornemann, 73, passed away on May 28, 2013.
Arlene was born and raised in Jersey City and was a long time resident of Rockaway Township, NJ. Arlene was a Teacher’s Aide at the Katherine B. Malone Elementary School in Rockaway Township, retiring in 2002 and then became an Administrative Assistant for the Protective Measures Inc. in Denville. She was an avid Ranger’s fan and enjoyed all sports frequenting most Rockaway Township youth sporting events.
Arlene was predeceased by her husband Robert Bornemann in 1994 and her parents, Ed and Doris Bigelow.
Arlene is survived by her daughter Cheryl, sons, Robert Jr. and his wife Debra, Edward and his wife Sandra, Keith and Darren, and her four grandsons, Robbie, Ryan, Christian, and Brandon and grandpup, Lukin.
Arlene’s funeral will be conducted from the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ www.normandean.com, ( please share a memory of Arlen on website), on Saturday June 1st at 8:45am for a 10am Mass of Christian Burial service at St. Clement Pope and Martyr Church, committal and interment at St. Cecilia’s Cemetery.
