Obituary of Margaret M. Gorgey

Margaret M. Gorgey, 92, died on Wednesday November 12, 2008 at Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover, NJ.
She was born in Szekesfehervar, Hungary and lived in Budapest before moving to the US, settling in Queens, NY and then in 1978 she and her husband moved to Denville.
Margaret graduated from the Cinkota Teachers University in Budapest Hungary receiving an Elementary School Teaching Degree.
Her husband Dr. Zoltan Gorgey died on June 21, 1984 while visiting in Hungary.
She had been a member of the Indian Lake Community Club.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Katalin and Mike Somogyi of Denville, and Steven and Kathleen Gorgey of Huston, Tx. She is also survived by her two grandson and their wives Peter and Tracy Somogyi and Michael and April Somogyi, and her great grandchildren Devyn, Kyle and Dana, Madison and Molly Somogyi all of Denville.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Sat. Nov. 22, 2008 at 1:00 PM at St. Mary's R. C. Church in Denville, NJ. Interment will follow in Denville Cemetery.
