Vincent P. Certa Jr. died on Monday January 9, 2006 at Compassionate Care Hospice at St. Clares Hospital in Dover, NJ.
Vincent was born and raised in New York City before moving to Flanders, NJ.
He had served in the New York State National Guard in the 1950s.
He is survived by his father Vincent P. Certa Sr. of New York City, his sister Madeline Certa of Florham Park, NJ and his brother Peter Certa of Denville, NJ.
A Liturgy of Christian Burial Service will be held on Friday Jan.13, 2006 at 10:00 AM at St. Marys R. C. Church in Denville, NJ. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave. Denville, NJ www.normandean.com.
