Anna C. Ayli Lees (Calvert) passed away at St. Clares Hospital in Denville on July 9, 2005. She was 50 years old. Born in Passaic, NJ she had moved to Boonton, NJ 7 years ago. She received her Bachelors degree from Montclair State University, and was currently working on her Masters degree in Special Education at St. Elizabeths. Anna had been a teacher at St. Josephs School in Maplewood, NJ for the last 3 years. She is pre deceased by her father Norman T. Calvert in 2004. Her mother Anna Calvert of Orlando, FL survives her. She is survived by her husband of 11 years, David Lees, of Boonton, NJ. Her children Ann Furrer of Rockaway, Elias Ayli of Mt. Lakes, and Antoinette Ayli of Mt. Lakes, NJ. Her stepdaughters Shannon Lees of Phoenix, AZ, and Melissa Elick of Calgary, Alberta also survive her. Her Grandchildren Blake Furrer and Madison Elick also survive her as well as her brothers Norman, Ransel and Thomas Calvert all of Orlando, FL. Her close friend and father of her children Emile Ayli of Mt. Lakes, NJ also survives her. Funeral from Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ www.normandean.com at 9AM on Thursday July 14, for a Liturgy of Christian Burial at St. Catherine of Siena Church in Mt. Lakes at 10:30AM. Friends may visit on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9PM.
