Obituary of Edwin G. “Butch” Duffy

Edwin G. Butch Duffy passed away at Care One in Parsippany on May 30, 2005. He was 63 years old.
Born in Jersey City, he had lived, and was an active member of the Rainbow Lakes section of Denville, for the last 41 years.
Edwin was a Social Studies teacher in the Randolph Township School System for 30 years before retiring in 1993.
His sister Joyce Jablowski of Matawan and her children Tom, Jeff, and George Jablowski, and Cathy Vogel survive him. His 13 grand nieces & nephews also survive him.
His cousins Evelyn Smith, her children Scott Smith, and Debra Sokolosky and 4 great cousins also survive him.
A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held at St. Catherine of Siena Church in Mt. Lakes on Thursday June 2, at 11:30AM. Friends may visit on Wednesday evening from 7-9PM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ www.normandean.com.
