Hilde I. Hohtanz (nee Petersohn) passed away on December 17, at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She was 94 years old.
Born in Leipzig, Germany, she moved to the US in 1927.
She had lived in Randolph since 1983, and prior in Phoenix, AZ for 15 years, and prior in Denville, NJ for 24 years. She was a homemaker for most of her life.
She is pre deceased by her husband the late Helmut in 1984, and also her daughter Jean E. Hink in 1970.
She is survived by her beloved children, Thomas of Pompton Lakes, and Loretta White of Randolph, NJ.
She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren and her cat Lucky.
Funeral services will be held at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ www.normandean.com on Tuesday December 21, at 10:00AM. Friends may visit on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9PM. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to: Lakeland Animal Haven Pine St. Kenvil, NJ 07847.
