Obituary of Rose M. Errigo

Errigo, Rose, 100, died on Monday June 1, 2004 at her home in Rockaway Twp.
She was born and raised in Boonton, NJ to the late Bruno and Silvia Mariziti Errigo, and moved to Rockaway Twp. In 1959.
She graduated from St. Marys Hospital School of Nursing in Hoboken, NJ, as a Registered Nurse in 1921. She worked until coming back to Boonton where she worked as a private duty nurse and later starting a private duty-nursing registry in the Boonton area. Later she went to work in the Pharmacy Dept at St. Clares Hospital in Denville, retiring in 1973.
She was a member of St. Clement Pope and Martyr RC Church in Rockaway.
She loved playing Bingo and was a regular player at St. Clements. She also loved playing cards as well as crocheting. But her greatest love was in caring for her family.
She is survived by a brother Frank Errigo of Atlanta, Ga. And a Niece and her husband Silvia and Harry Dachisen of Rockaway Twp., A great nephew Andrew Dachisen of Denville, and three great nieces and Michele Stone of Ledgewood, Milissa Dachisen of Basking Ridge, and Jennifer Coakley of Westfield. And many other nieces and nephews.
Her brothers Angelo, Ralph, and Demetrio Errigo, and her sisters Mary, Pauline Errigo and Aida Corvi all died previously.
Funeral from the funeral home on Friday June 4, 2004 at 9:30 AM for an 11:00 AM Liturgy of Christian Burial Services at St. Clement Pope & Martyr RC Church in Rockaway Twp., NJ. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
