Bette Ruthven, Gammy
Mrs. Bette L. Ruthven, 80, died on Monday Feb. 9, 2004 at Morristown Memorial Hospital, Morristown, NJ.
Mrs. Ruthven was born in East Orange and lived in Madison before moving to Basking Ridge 26 years ago. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Ruthven was a graduate of the Gill School in Bernardsville, NJ.
Her husband William Ruthven and a grandson Timothy predecease Mrs. Ruthven.
Her daughter Sherry Palmer of White Meadow Lake and her son Ron Ruthven of Aiken, SC survives her. Her grandchildren survive her Sherrie, Kimberle, Brett, Kristen, and K.T. and her great grandchildren Cody, Charlee, Connor, and Kylee. Her sister survives her June Tucker of Liberty Corner, NJ.
Mrs. Ruthven will have private services and in memory of Bette donations to St. Hubarts Animal Shelter, 575 Woodland Ave., P.O.Box 159, Madison, NJ 07940 would be appreciated.
