Obituary of Elizabeth C. Allison

Elizabeth C. Allison passed away on Saturday May 3, 2008 at St Clares Hospital in Dover, she was 65.
Liz, as she was called by many of her relatives and friends, was born in Morristown on April 13, 1943 to Christopher Mulvaney and Mary Geary. She spent her entire childhood in Morristown.
She attended St. Margarets grammar school where she graduated in 1957 and Bayley Ellard High School where she graduated in 1961.
After graduating high school she enjoyed a brief career at the Morristown Daily Record and also did some modeling in New York City. She then met her husband Paul and the two moved to Lake Hiawatha where they spent their early married life, from their they moved to Boonton Township where they lived for twenty-seven years before moving to their current home in Boonton in 1993.
Lizs interests varied and included art, in which she was very talented, gourmet cooking, reading extensively and of course spending time with her husband and son Richard. The family spent many vacations on Cape Cod, Maine and her beloved Ireland.
Liz is survived by her husband Paul N. her son Richard Paul and his wife Donna of Morristown, her brother Christopher and his wife Peggy of Lutz, FL and many nieces and nephews.
Liz was a very talented and special person and will be truly missed by her family and her friends.
A mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday May 8, at 10:00am at St. Catherine of Siena Church, Pocono Rd, Mountain Lakes. Entombment will follow at the Holy Rood Cemetery. Visiting will be held on Wednesday May 7, from 2-4pm and7-9pm at the Norman Dean Home For Services 16 Righter Avenue Denville, NJ 07834.
