Raymond Potter passed away at his home in Montville, NJ on April 30, 2008
He was 85 years old.
Born in Birmingham, England, he moved to the USA in 1923 and lived in Denville before moving to Montville, NJ in 1977..
He served in the US Army during WWII, and was a member of the Denville Volunteer Fire Department.
Raymond worked in Electronics for Merrimack for many years before retiring.
He is predeceased by his wife Muriel Potter in 2006.
He is survived by his daughters Sharon Hinkel, and Christine (& David Breeding), and his grandchildren Ciara & Clarissa Breeding all of Scottsdale, AZ. His sisters June Reilly of PA, and Edna Wheatley of FL and his brother Stanley Potter of CO. also survive him.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday May 8, at 1pm at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veteran Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ. Arrangements by Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave Denville, NJ www.normandean.com.
