Mrs. Antoinette L. Sweeney, 78, died at the St. Clares Hospital, Denville, NJ on Saturday August 23, 2003. She was born in Bayonne and lived in Rockaway Boro since 1955.
Mrs. Sweeney was a life long Democrat, employed as reporter for the Citizen and Record newspapers, she alos was a Prudential Insurance Agent. A parishioner of St. Cecilias Church, a member of the Rockaway Boro Super Senior citizens, and a life member of the F.A. McKenzie Post 165, Bayonne, NJ

Grandmother of 24 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Twin Sister Jeanne Fugee of Lakewood.
Funeral from the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ (973) 627-1880, www.normandean.com on Wednesday at 9:00AM for a 10:00AM Liturgy of Christian Burial Service at St. Cecilia's Church. Interment St. Cecilia's Cemetery. Friends will be received Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9PM. In lieu of flowers donations to Hope House 19-21Belmont Ave., Dover, NJ 07801 would be appreciated.
