John D. Fast, 55, died on Saturday August 9, 2003 at St. Clares Hospital in Denville, NJ.
John was born in Van Wert, Ohio to Abraham and Lorraine Fast, and moved to Rockaway, NJ in 1973.
He was a tree surgeon and owned and operated Fast Tree Service in Rockaway since 1977.
He is survived by his wife, with whom he was married to for 24 years Denise nee Flynn, and his two children Zachary A. and Ashley J. both at home. A brother Larry Fast of Van Wert, Oh. A brother Dennis Fast died previously. And his In-laws Walter and Lorraine Flynn of Flanders, NJ.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday August 14, 2003 at 10:00 AM at the Denville Community Church 190 Diamond Spring Rd. Denville, NJ. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home. Memorial donations for the well being of the children would be appreciated.
