Harvey Linneman Sr., 65 died at the Compassionate Care Hospice at Dover, NJ on Saturday July 12, 2003.
Mr. Linneman Sr. was born in Pottersville, New York, and lived in Florida before moving to Rockaway in 1965. He was United States Marine Veteran serving during peacetime. Mr. Linneman Sr. was a employee at the United Parcel Services at Seacacus, NJ and was a truck driver for Leman Chemical Co from Secaucus, and then he owned and operated the Harveys Luncheonette & Deli in Rockaway from 1980 to 2000. Mr. Linneman Sr. was a transportation driver for St. Clares Hospital, Denville, NJ for the last three years. He was a member of the American Legion Post 390 Denville, a former Little League coach an avid golfer and a NY Yankees and Giants fan.
His wife Sally, a predeceased son Harvey Linneman Jr., survives Mr. Linneman Sr.; his two sisters survive his Lorraine Forrest and Lois Dyer.
