Marie S. Raffensperger (Stietz) passed away on July 11, 2003. She was 86 years old.
Born in Brooklyn she had lived in Mt. Tabor, NJ and then in Hellam Township, Pennsylvania.
She worked as a cost accountant for Keuffel and Esser in Morristown, NJ.
She was a member of St. John Lutheran church in York, PA, A Past Worthy Matron of the the Lincoln Chapter #95 Order of the Eastern Star in Caldwell, NJ and Past Grand Representative of the OES in Saskatchewan Canada. She was also a member of the Parsippany West Seniors and a former of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Denville, NJ.
She is pre deceased by the Late Robert L. who died in 1993. She is survived by he three children Marie Bodien, Judith Steck, and Daniel Raffensperger. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial visitation will be at the funeral home on Tuesday July 15 from 2-4 & 7-9PM with an Order of the Eastern Star service at 7:00PM. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Alzheimers Assoc. South Central PA 3544 N. Progress Ave Suite 205 Harrisburg, PA 17110, or to Lincoln Chapter #95, OES, 8 Smull Ave Caldwell, NJ.
