Obituary of Steven J. Bos

Steven J. Bos passed away at his home in Lake Hopatcong, NJ on April 10, 2021, at the age of 32.

 

Born in Denville he grew up in Boonton and had lived in Parsippany before moving to Lake Hopatcong, NJ years ago.

 

Steven attended County College of Morris and worked restoring cars at Kanter Restoration in Boonton, NJ.  He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and loved to go on hikes in parks, concerts in the summer and was always doing yard work outside in the nice weather, he also loved going to hockey games, but anything he could do that was with his children and family was what gave him the most joy.

 

He was predeceased by his father Thomas Bos Sr.

 

Steven is survived by his beloved children Aliyah, Lucas, and Mason Bos.  He is also survived by his loving mother Janet and her husband Michael Leonard of Denville, and his by his loving siblings Melisa and her husband Nicasio Tavarez of Lake Hopatcong, Eric and his wife Desiree Bos of Parsippany, Tom and his wife Linda Bos of Toms River, NJ and Chris and his wife Patricia of Long Island, NY and his nieces and nephews Nicholas Thomas, Bryan Tavarez and Amy Tavarez, Tristan Sloan, Jasmine Sloan, Aiden Bos, Alexis Bos, McKenzie Bos and Kiera Bos and many more extended family.

 

Visitation will be held on Thursday April 15, 2021, from 3:00PM – 7:00PM at Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Avenue Denville, NJ 07834 www.normandean.com.

Funeral services will begin at 11:00AM on Friday April 16, at the funeral home.  Interment services will follow at the Sparta Cemetery in Sparta, NJ.
