Obituary of David B. Hand

David B. Hand passed away at home on Friday January 31, 2003. He was 56 years old. Born in Dover, NJ he had been living in the Marcella Section of Rockaway Township since 1974. He had served in the US Army during Vietnam from 1965 to 1967. He then went onto work for GPU in Morristown, NJ for 29 years before retiring in 1997. He then went work for Peggy Glass in Randolph, NJ. He is survived by his wife of 32 years; Linda A. (Nee Fosse) Hand, his son Lieutenant Erik F. Hand who is stationed in the Army at Darmstadt, Germany. His mother R. Audrey Whritenour and step father Delmar Whritenour. He also has a mother in-law, brother in-law, sisters in-law and nieces & one nephew. He is predeceased by his father Jesse, and his brother Robert D. Hand. A memorial service will take place on Tuesday February 4, at 11:00 AM at the Nor-Bu Lodge in the Lake Telemark section of Rockaway Township, NJ.
