Edward J. Grabowski died at the Rahway Hospital in Rahway, NJ. He was 82 years old. Mr. Grabowski was born in Dupont, Pa and lived most of his life in Linden, NJ.
Mr. Grabowski was a Chemical Operator at the Merck Co. in Rahway, NJ for 38 years and retired in 1986. He was a US Navy Veteran of WW II and served in the South Pacific.
Mr. Grabowski is survived by his wife of 56 years Helen. His daughter Diane Grabowski of Denville, NJ and her husband Donald MacGowan of Denville, and Donalds daughter Catherine MacGowan. His brothers John and Felix Grabowski, and his sisters, Florence McCague, Ann Dolan, Lottie Kosik, and Bernadine Loughney.
Funeral from the Norman Dean Home for Services 16 Righter Ave., Denville, NJ on Tuesday at 8:30AM for a 9:30 AM Liturgy of Christian Burial Service at St. Cecilias Church Rockaway, NJ.
