Wilma Lynn Elliott, 71, died on Tuesday Dec.17, 2002 at Newton Memorial Hospital in Newton, NJ
She was born in Passaic, NJ and grew up in Denville, where she has lived all her life.
She received a technical degree in business from County College of Morris.
She had worked as a civil servant clerk for the State of New Jersey, first working for the Department of Environmental protection, and later for the State Treasury Dept. Division of Lottery, both in Parsippany, NJ retiring in 1985.
She had been a member of the Denville Community United Methodist Church in Denville.
Wilma was a loving wife, mother, and friend. She always displayed a positive attitude towards life and she always looked to help others.
Her son Karl Blue Elliott died in 1978.
She is survived by her husband William F., and her son William Jeffery both of Denville,NJ. Two sisters Alice Iannone of Gilbert, Pa and Shirley Norman of Denville. A brother Arthur Hoffman of Salem, Mass., and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday December 21, 2002 at the funeral home at 10:00 AM. Friends may visit with the family on Friday form 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Interment will be at Denville Cemetery following the services.
