She will always be in my heart and thoughts. She is my "adoptive" mother and she was closer to me than my own mother. I will miss her and pray for her as she is a saint in my eyes. She loved life and all her "wonderful and loving" children and grandchildren.

Claire and the whole family - Saturday was a VERY tough day... from the moment she arrived in our ER, "love" filled the air in Cardiac 2 .... first from her ER Family and then from her TRUE family... the shock of death
appropriately turned to the celebration of her life and a display of great family love... Although, only for a short while, I can say I knew Grandma, too! In love and prayer... Mo, RN

Dear Susan and Family,
I am so deeply saddened to hear about "Grandma". She was such a special lady who had such a good heart and always kept everyone entertained, whether she knew it or not. She was really a great person and will truly be missed. There were so many times where she just made me laugh to no end. She was very blessed to have had such a loving and supportive family by her side. I feel lucky to have gotten to know her over the past few years.

It is hard to believe that I've known Mrs Furka (I will always call her that!)for 40 years. From day 1, there was always the open heart, open hearth warmth of her wherever her spirit brought her. My ears ring with her, "Cha-li, how ah ya?" Jersey City loving tone. What a wonderful, beautiful woman she was and always will be! And how grateful we are to be part of her family. She's home now with her love, John. And she's in Heaven's kitchen, apron on, right now.

We will miss the times when we were down the shore and Aunt Clara would cook us her terrific meals. Also as a child how she would watch over my brother and myself making sure to keep us out of trouble. Remembering when I brought my son Brian over for a visit and she introduces him to Kiska which he loved. You never left her home hunger. Aunt Clara will be missed by all. She is reunite with her brothers and sisters in heaven. The South Cove annex in heaven is again busy having a party.
May God Bless Aunt Clara
