Eileen, I can’t thank you and Tom enough for raising my dearest and wonderful friend Greg and your two amazing daughters, Alayna and Bethany. Your loving and nurturing spirit, your kindness and sense of humor, and your generosity of spirit show through in the three amazing people you gave the world. Though I knew you through Greg for many years, I really got to know you starting in your darkest days, when Greg fell ill and passed away in 2012. From then on, you’ve been so kind and generous to me and my kids – spoiling them on their birthdays and holidays – and kept alive my connection to Greg through you and Tom and the girls. My daughter was just a toddler and my son was 4 months away from being born when we lost Greg but you gave them a connection to him that I treasure.
You’ve been so important and comforting to me. I can’t thank you enough for all the love and kindness you’ve shown me and my family. I take relief knowing that you are reunited with Greg and all your departed family and friends. And I wish the deepest condolences and sympathies and big hugs and lots of love to Tom, Bethany and Alayna. May Eileen’s memory be a blessing and comfort to you.

I thank Eileen for hiring me into the family of Head Start Community program of Morris County. This is where I first met her and it was obvious from the start that she was dedicated to helping others. I still work for this organization and have fond memories of the years that I worked with Eileen. Through her opportunity given to me, I have met and been privileged to work with very interesting, resourceful people and have been nurtured and grown as I raise my own family. Eileen knew the importance of food, fellowship and fun for the human spirit. She will be missed by anyone who had the pleasure to know and work with her. Rest in peace faithful servant, Eileen. <3

Dearest Tom, Bethany, and Alayna,,
I am greatly saddened to learn of Eileen's passing. My first wife, Carol, and I enjoyed countless happy hours in your Long Valley home, and ours, raising our families together and partying from 1971 to 1991. I never knew Eileen without a sunny outlook on life. She was always an optimist and society builder. I am comforted to know that Eileen will be welcomed into God's eternal arms and reunited with Carol. Losing a wife and mother is heart wrenching but, hopefully, your many happy days with Eileen will become foremost in your thoughts.
With my sincere condolences, Bob Marsh
