My condolences, prayers and thoughts go out to the Marra family at this difficult time. Dave was a great friend and incredible person who would do anything for anyone. He helped me renovate my first house and was a perfect Best Man at my wedding almost 30 years ago. We had a lot of fun times back in the day. Dave and I had lost touch over the years but I always thought of him and hoped he was doing well.
Rest In Peace Dave!!

Our hearts an Spirits are with all the Mara Family. You could not ask for better neighbors than the Mara family. Dave worked on our house many times from siding to shingles to windows. Dave's smile was infectious. He was always willing to jump in and help out family members and neighbors... The love Ann & Pete have for all their family members is very Special.

David was a very talented Carpenter. About 14 years ago, while helping us paint our house, he saved us from what would eventually have been a terribly expensive repair by catching a problem while it was still in its early stages and could be fixed. He did that for us easily and quickly, and we've never had an issue since.
Also, as neighbors of the Marras for over 20 years now, we watched many times while David played basketball with his then young nephews out in front of his parents' home. He was someone who really loved his family and enjoyed being with them. We will miss David's smiling face and send our most heartfelt condolences to his family.

My condolences to The Marra family . I was in Boy Scouts with David and Peter and Steven troop 118 out of Riverview School in Denville and remember many a fun camp out with the Marra boys . Mr Marra was our Leader and always made things run smoothly. Tho I’d lost track of David I’d see him in town or next door at his cousin John’s house. Rest in peace my friend and take care .

My deepest sympathy to the Marra family, David was one of cool older kids in the neighborhood growing up and he always tried to make us feel like we were part of group.
