Ann was born in 1940 to the late Aaron and Anna Rosenberg.  Growing up in Hudson County, Ann always enjoyed visiting NYC.  She had a zest for learning and culture.  Ann earned her masters in Communications and worked with a British publication for many years. She was a freelance writer and loved her work.  She traveled often for work and leisure and met some very interesting and famous people through the years.  She truly enjoyed every minute of it.

Ann was blessed to meet Edward Brice and they were married in 1994.  A short time after Edwards passing, Ann settled into Fox Hills where she made great friends and enjoyed all the activities of this new community.

She leaves her niece Rachel Onufrak and her first cousins James and Dotty Walsh, George and Jackie Ullrich, Herbert and Barbara Arzinger and Robert Ullrich. She is also remembered by many great friends and family.

Her brother James Rosenberg and sister in law Jeanne Rosenberg passed previously as well as her niece Linda Rosenberg and her first cousins Peggy Banks and Patricia Tracy.
