Obituary of Anne S. Taylor

Anne S. Taylor, age 81, of Rockaway, passed away on April 5, 2017. Born in Morristown, NJ, to Isabel and James Sheldon, Anne was raised in Boonton, moving to Mt. Tabor after marrying her husband Charles. They later moved to Mountain Lakes. They both owned Freeman Auto Parts in Morristown, NJ for 30 years before retiring in 1999. Anne also sang in the Mt. Tabor Community Church for more than 30 years. After retiring, Anne and her husband volunteered with Meals on Wheels. Anne was predeceased by Charles and is survived by her daughter Barbara of Rockaway and son Charles Jr. (Bud) and his wife Barbara of Denville. She also leaves her brother Jim, and sisters Josephine and Irene. Funeral services will be held at Norman Dean Funeral Home, 16 Righter Avenue, Denville. Visitation is from 2-5 pm on Sunday, April 9th and a prayer service will be held at Restland Memorial Park on Monday, April 10th at 11 am.
