Obituary of Joan M. Duda

Joan Ruth Duda Joan was born on October 26th 1930 in Spotswood, NJ. Her parents were George & Clara Feleggi. Joan was 1 of 4 children Richard Feleggi, Audry Feleggi, Joan Ruth Feleggi & Barbara Feleggi. The family moved to Lyndhurst NJ, where Joan grew up & graduated Lyndhurst High School June 15th 1945. She worked as a general office clerk at Radio Co. Clifton NJ before going into the Airforce. Joan was an Airman Basic from Jan. 29th 1952 to Dec. 6th 1952, stationed at HQ 3535th Air Base Group, Mather Air Force base California. This is where Joan received her General Discharge & Good Conduct Medal. On Jan. 30th 1954 Joan Ruth Duda married Henry K. Duda & became Joan Ruth Duda. She was a loving & faithful wife of 52 yrs. Right to Henry's passing. Joan was a devoted home maker & beloved Mother of Garry M. Duda, Caren R. Duda & Jeffrey R. Duda. Grand Mother to Erin Stacy & Sean A. Duda, Great Grand Mother to Madie Stacy, Owen Stacy & Gavin Stacy. And to the day of her passing in her heart a devote Catholic, Loving & generous to a fault & all around amazing woman.
