Martha M. Ogrinz, 95, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the comfort of her own home on Thursday, November 03, 2016. Born in Hoboken, she was raised in Union City. She was a proud member of the Red Hat Society in Florida and a devout Catholic. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting afghans for her family and creating needlepoint designs. Martha also loved to watch her game shows, especially The Price is Right and Jeopardy. Her passion was traveling and her favorite way to travel was in style on a cruise ship. Martha cherished spending time with her family; they always came first in her eyes. She was a phenomenal daughter, wife, sister, aunt, and friend. Her legacy will forever live on in the hearts of her family. Predeceased by her parents, Peter and Antonia Ogrinz, she is survived by her caring brothers, Emil Ogrinz (Dorothy) and Gabriel Ogrinz (the late Marie); her loving niece, Susan Lindner; her beloved grandson, Jimmy Lindner (Jill); her worshiped great-grandchildren, Christopher and Gabriella; and many other nieces, nephews, and extended family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, Nov. 7th at 10:30 am at St. Mary's RC Church, 15 Myers Ave., Denville, NJ 07834. Public Visitation will be held on Sunday, Nov. 6th from 1 – 4 pm at Norman Dean Home for Services, 16 Righter Ave., Denville.
